Gloomwych is a mystical, gothic setting I created for my Cairn 2e games. 

It can be dropped into any OSR or NSR game you play. 

Gloomwych is a corner of the Realm where the ordinary and magical blur, and is full of folklore and mystery. Inspired by Welsh myths, folk horror, and Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, Gloomwych is a place where witches brew potions under ancient trees and every breeze carries a hint of magic. 

This and the next zines will be a comprehensive guide to exploring this mythical land, and detail the various locations and how to generate adventures within its thorny borders. From the snug village of Widdershins Hollow where cobblestone paths and ivy-clad cottages hum with quiet magic, to the gothic grandeur of Ravensreach with its towering spires and shadowed alleys, each location in Gloomwych has its own unique blend of whimsy and darkness.
